Distribution criteria

• We distribute the royalties we collect from users based on the analytical reports that our clients (e.g., television and radio broadcasters, or music providers) are required to send us, in accordance with the law and the provisions of SCF licences, indicating the actual use of each producer's recordings.
• Only when analytical reporting is not possible (e.g., from bars or shops), the distribution is carried out through the identification of proxies and targeted market analyses aimed at distributing the royalties in a way that is as close as possible to the actual use of each producer's recordings.

• 19% on neighbouring rights
• 10% on rights from foreign collecting societies

Private Copying

Distribution Criteria

Based on our distribution criteria, we distribute the amount received from the Fondazione Copia Privata Italia (Italian Private Copying Foundation) to our clients based on the criteria originally applied by SIAE for the distribution of the same among the collective management organizations of the right holders.

Therefore, the compensation is distributed to our clients taking into account:

• The amount of mechanical reproduction rights paid by each producer to SIAE, in the relevant year, for the reproduction of the media and works
• The number of media released on the market in Italy by the producer in the relevant year
• The number of downloads and radio plays detected in the relevant year for each work

Reduced commission, only 3%

The definitive distribution, which adjusts the advances paid, takes place as soon as the values for the reference year are consolidated.
