Music Providers, thanks to the SCF Licence, can provide music services (Instore Radio/Tv, Brand Radio/Tv) in compliance with the Copyright Law.
The licence allows you to:
- Create a "technical copy" from a catalogue of over 20 million tracks belonging to the 500 record labels we represent.
- Create personalised audio and video playlists to be transmitted via hardware devices, streaming or satellite.
The licence issued to Music Providers does NOT cover the right of communication to the public (or public performance), which is regulated directly with the public establishments that broadcast music and is therefore subject to another licence.
