Gyms
The fee that regulates the diffusion during the courses is annual and the rate is unitary for each course.
Alternatively to this calculation criterion, the owners of small Fitness Centers (<1500 sq m) can opt for the lump-sum calculation criterion of the fee based on the total surface area of the structure.
The collection of fees is carried out directly by SCF.
The Licence is also required when access to the Sports Center is reserved for members.
To regularise your position, you can:
- Proceed with the payment of the invoice that SCF sends annually by CEM
- Or sign the appropriate licence.

Company name, VAT number, start date of diffusion, area of background music, means of diffusion of background music, number of courses carried out or alternatively total surface area of the structure and means of diffusion of music used during the courses.
Sports Associations and Dance Schools
The fee that regulates the diffusion during the courses is annual and the rate varies based on the number of members/cardholders enroled and the type of use (courses with necessary music, such as spinning, aerobics, zumba; or courses with NOT necessary music, e.g. Yoga, Pilates).
Temporary Events
The licence also allows you to regularise temporary events organised by the structure:
- The fee for shows varies based on the type (free / paid)
- For sports competitions, the fee varies depending on the capacity and type of competition (National, International, Regional, Provincial...).
- For generic events, it varies depending on the number of events organised during the year.

Multi-purpose Sports Facilities
The fee can be annual or monthly and is based on the square meters of the sports facility.
If the diffusion of phonograms occurs through non-original media (burned CDs, burned DVDs, MP3 player, USB stick, external hard drive, etc.), the fees are increased by 50%.
