• Gottardo Spa all companies operating commercial activities under the “Tigotà and Acqua & Sapone” brands that are part of and/or connected to Gottardo SpA
• Apcoa Parking Italia Spa Via Renzo Zanellini 15, 46100, Mantova (MN)

• The majority of radio and television broadcasters
• The majority of music service providers or in-store radio, as well as "outdoor TV"
• The majority of users in the web environment, such as web radio, web TV, and social networks
• The majority of users who operate outside of Italy.

• the categories of users for which SCF has given SIAE a mandate to collect the related fees
